The administrative assistant specific responsibilities/duties include:

  • Provide operational support to professional services team
  • Cultivate a positive, thoughtful, and engaging office environment for our employees and clients
  • Maintain a meticulous office that reflects our professional work
  • General office organization
  • Answer and route incoming calls (light calls)
  • Greet office visitors and clients
  • Plan and arrange travel reservations, meetings, and events
  • Assist with operations and market research
  • Enhance employee resources (e.g., handbooks, manuals)
  • Serve as liaison with IT vendor to troubleshoot equipment and coordinate appointments
  • Assist HR department with policies research, training materials and recruiting efforts (e.g., coordinating interviews and meetings)
  • Maintain office infrastructure (IT, furniture, and other office equipment)
  • Stock and maintain food items for office
  • Order and receive deliveries of food and office supplies
  • Prepare letters, memoranda, and other documents
  • Photocopy, scan and file documents
  • Prepare packages and mailings
  • Perform other pertinent duties as assigned to support daily operations
