Kayla Wilding is an Analyst at Intensity, LLC, with expertise in economic and statistical analysis, financial modeling, and research.
Ms. Wilding has significant experience in financial modeling. She has specialized knowledge constructing waterfall models of residential mortgage backed securities to understand their payments and losses. She has a proven track record of working on statistical and econometric analysis while blending in novel and advanced machine learning techniques. Further, she is skilled in writing up the results of her analysis in expert reports.
Prior to Intensity, Ms. Wilding spent four years in Washington, D.C. and Chicago, building upon her degree. She spent time interning for the White House Council of Economic Advisers and working for an economic consulting firm in the finance space and in economic research on financial inclusion and development.
In her most recent role, Ms. Wilding worked as a Research Analyst for the Global Poverty Research Lab at Northwestern University. While there, she was responsible for a portfolio of research projects, which included designing and executing analysis plans and contributing to policy pieces and academic papers.
Ms. Wilding earned a B.A. and a M.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia.
