Melissa Griffiths is Vice President of Business Development at Intensity. Ms. Griffiths has a wealth of proven experience driving accelerated revenue, and for growing and developing sales teams within professional services organizations. She has specific experience as an executive at an AM Law 200 law firm responsible for revenue generation and sector growth.
Over the past 25 years, Ms. Griffiths has proven success working with international law and accounting firms. On numerous occasions, she has been the top performing sales professional, both individually and within a team. Ms. Griffiths was directly responsible for a 50% revenue growth over 5 years within a practice of a large consulting firm and she grew a regional firm’s revenue four-fold over 4 years. In addition, Ms. Griffiths owned a business development consulting practice, which assisted hundreds of professional service advisors achieve exponential growth.
Prior to Intensity, Ms. Griffiths held business development positions with global accounting and law firms, which included developing an advisory practice from scratch. She has developed and launched programs such as Key Account Management, Client Listening, and Cross-Selling platforms that accelerate revenue generation. In addition, Ms. Griffiths held a senior Executive role at a large national non-profit where she managed a national sales team and led the development of the national sales agenda.
Melissa received her M.A. in Marketing Management from Manchester Metropolitan University (England), a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and her B.A. in Classical History and Philosophy from the University of Swansea (Wales).
