Patrick Sanders is Chief Executive Officer of Intensity, LLC. He has decades of experience as a transformational executive who accelerates organizational development to yield out-sized financial results. Mr. Sanders is specifically known for, and has a proven track record of, developing sophisticated strategies and execution that build and expand upon a company’s core competency. He blends a combination of organic, business development and merger/acquisition activity—all the while preserving the winning combination of a company’s brand values, client service, work product, and employee teamwork.
Over the past 25 years, there are numerous achievements showcasing Mr. Sander’s ability to create sustainable growth. In one example, he negotiated and facilitated mergers and acquisitions valued at more than $1 billion, and directly led the efforts to increase revenue from $80 to $135 million. In another example, Mr. Sanders orchestrated a divisional turnaround doubling revenue to $15 million, transforming historical net losses to 15% sustainable net profit. His development and execution of a long-term strategic plan, that included operating in a divisional model, resulted in a 25% revenue growth to $75 million, and a doubling of net profit to $10 million. On his most recent assignment, he secured $200 million in capital for a $40 million portfolio asset.
Prior to Intensity, Mr. Sanders demonstrated a career of rapid success and ascension. He worked eleven years at a public B2B SaaS software company, first as a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, before being promoted to Vice President overseeing worldwide sales and product strategy. From there, Mr. Sanders spent seven years at a legal services company, holding a variety of executive positions, initially as President creating industry best practices for sales and operational performance. That led to a promotion to Chief Revenue Officer where he built the strategy to sell to the Fortune 500. Having met the financial goals, he was then promoted to Chief Operating Officer running an organization of 650 employees. In his most recent role, Mr. Sanders was CEO of a private equity firm that focused on enterprise SaaS software companies for four years.
Patrick received his B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
