Intensity Expert Jennifer Vanderhart to present at the Tenth Investment Arbitration Forum on the “Second Mexican Energy Reform”

Dr. Jennifer Vanderhart of Intensity will be presenting in the Tenth Investment Arbitration Forum on the “Second Mexican Energy Reform” on June 30 and July 1, 2021, from 8:00 to 12:30 (CDT). 

The title of Dr. Vanderhart’s presentation is “Challenges when Quantifying Damages in Energy Arbitrations.” She will be discussing the type of information that would typically be used to identify and quantify damages that might result from changes in a regulatory environment.

Dr. Jennifer Vanderhart is a Managing Director at Intensity. As a Ph.D. and economist based in Washington, D.C., she provides a range of services, including litigation support services and economic consulting. Dr. Vanderhart has more than 20 years’ experience in evaluating and quantifying economic damages including claims arising from patent, copyright or trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, contract disputes, employment discrimination, and claims of expropriation by foreign governments. She has published on the subjects of valuation, damages, and intellectual property and frequently speaks on these topics at conferences and lectures.
