Intensity Congratulates Richard Brady and Aminta Raffalovich

Intensity, a Secretariat company, is pleased to announce the promotions of Richard Brady, Ph.D., and Aminta Raffalovich, J.D., M.S., to the role of Managing Director.

Since joining the company in 2016 as an economist, Dr. Brady has become sought after for his expertise on economic issues pertaining to intellectual property disputes, financial matters, contract disputes, and antitrust and competition issues. His depth of experience includes many high-profile projects for clients such as Juno Therapeutics. Dr. Brady was recognized as a top U.S. economic expert and rising star by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

For almost a decade, Ms. Raffalovich has served as a trusted advisor and economic expert in complex commercial litigation and disputes, applying her expertise in several areas, including intellectual property, antitrust and competition, finance, contract disputes, and business tort litigation. Her work spans life sciences, electronics, e‑commerce, entertainment, payments, and healthcare, among other industries. Ms. Raffalovich was recognized as a top U.S. economic expert and rising star by IAM in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Dr. Brady earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. He earned his M.A. in Economics from Duke University, and his M.S. in Finance from the University of Memphis.

Ms. Raffalovich earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California. She earned her M.S. in Economics from California State Polytechnic University.
