Dan Salah, M.B.A., is a Senior Advisor with Intensity who provides expert financial and economic services for an array of complex litigation issues that include breach of contract, fraud, patent and trademark infringement, theft of trade secrets, wrongful termination, unjust enrichment, and unfair competition. He has extensive experience applying his research, analysis, and expertise in the context of a variety of industries that include computers, e-commerce, financial services, medical devices, network equipment, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, software, and wireless communications services and devices. In addition, Mr. Salah has been the designated expert witness and delivered testimony regarding breach of contract, fraud, wrongful termination, and patent infringement. He has consulted in over 60 cases and given testimony in over 20.
With nearly 30 years of financial and economic experience, Mr. Salah has held senior positions in both industry and consulting. He has served as a vice president of a national management consulting firm, and as the executive director of strategic and financial planning at a major telecommunications carrier. Mr. Salah has also achieved success as an entrepreneur, growing a small business over nine years to $50 million in annual revenue before selling it. In addition to his work with Intensity, he currently serves on the business and accounting faculty at De Anza College in Cupertino, California.
Mr. Salah earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
