Prior to Intensity, Mr. Roberts was an Analyst at The Conference Board, where he supported researchers, generated insights, and wrote reports on human capital matters such as best practices for leveraging Gen Z workers, addressing service industry labor shortages, and adopting pay transparency practices. Additionally, Mr. Roberts was a volunteer English tutor for adult ESL immigrants.
Mr. Roberts earned a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
