Jennifer Hulst is a Director of Litigation Operations at Intensity, LLC. With over 20 years of professional experience in litigation and disputes, Ms. Hulst specializes in legal research, market research, drafting legal memoranda and discovery, along with support for depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Ms. Hulst’s work spans a variety of legal matters involving intellectual property, antitrust, employment, class actions, insurance coverage, and tort matters. She applies her expertise to provide support to Intensity’s economic analyses for clients, assist in developing legal analysis for damages approaches, performing market research of products, suppliers, and purchasers, and monitoring relevant case law developments as it relates to the company’s service offerings.

Examples of Ms. Hulst’s work include the following projects:

| Evaluation of damages for alleged misappropriation of trade secrets. Conducted market research relating to use of middleware technology, and assessed legal framework to support recovery of damages, including lost profits and unjust enrichment, from alleged misappropriation of major credit card company’s proprietary information.

| Analysis of damages for alleged breach of contract. Assessed legal framework to support recovery of damages, including reasonable royalty, lost profits, and unjust enrichment, resulting from alleged breach of patent licensing agreement for 3D film conversion technology.

| Evaluation of damages for alleged unfair competition. Assessed legal framework to support recovery of damages for losses resulting from alleged unfair competition, including misappropriation of global bank’s confidential and proprietary information.

| Analysis of patent infringement damages. Conducted market and legal research to support damages, including irreparable harm, reasonable royalty, lost profits, and apportionment, for patent infringement in variety of legal matters involving pharmaceutical and technology products.

In addition, Ms. Hulst is a certified trial technician, and has assisted counsel in jury trials in several civil litigation matters in California.

Ms. Hulst earned her A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Kelsey Jenney College, where she graduated with high honors.
