Jennifer Hulst is an Associate at Intensity. With over 20 years of professional experience in litigation and disputes, Ms. Hulst specializes in legal research, market research, drafting legal memoranda and discovery, along with support for depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Ms. Hulst’s work spans a variety of legal matters involving intellectual property, antitrust, employment, class actions, insurance coverage, and tort matters. She applies her expertise to provide support to Intensity’s economic analyses for clients, assist in developing legal analysis for damages approaches, performing market research of products, suppliers, and purchasers, and monitoring relevant case law developments as it relates to the company’s service offerings.
