Neilson Nipper is experienced in economic modeling, data visualization, and computer programming. He applies his expertise to damages analyses, intellectual property disputes, and matters of antitrust and breach of contract. He is also skilled in business analytics.   

Examples of Mr. Nipper’s work include the following projects:  

Evaluation of lost profits and reasonable royalties. Created a dynamic pricing, market share, and damages model to aid in the client’s assessment of potential lost profits and reasonable royalties related to the planned launch of a first to market biosimilar product in the U.S.  

Assessment of potential price fixing. Aggregated, standardized, and analyzed over 500GB of company transaction data and operations data to assess the possibility of price fixing in the agricultural industry. 

Evaluation of competitive effects of a proposed merger. Evaluated seller behavior, contract terms, and historical prices to explore the potential competitive effects of a proposed merger in the agricultural industry. 

Previously, Mr. Nipper worked as an associate and analyst for a global consulting firm, where he worked directly with clients and counsel, conducted analysis and research, and created models and highly specialized computer programs.  

Mr. Nipper earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from Texas A&M University.
